This residential building for a family of six has a workshop space on the ground floor. The building uses stack effect for ventilation and provides and uninterrupted view of the Murli Manohar Mandir from the living spaces and bedroom
Evening Sun House
Location - Jaipur, Rajasthan
Built up - 7200 sq. ft.
Status - Finishing Stage
This G+2 residential building for a family of seven is designed on the principles of passive cooling and built to be energy efficient with rainwater harvesting, solar powered electricity and use of rat-trap bond for improved thermal performance.
Sathy Mud House Project
Location - Sathyamangalam, Tamil Nadu
Built up - 3650 sq. ft.
Status - Planning stage
The Sathy Mud House is a turnkey project that embraces earth construction techniques and vernacular architectural principles for a sustainable design and build. Crafted with rammed earth walls and an earth roof, the home seamlessly integrates traditional wisdom with modern living needs. Its design prioritizes thermal comfort, ensuring a naturally cool interior in summer and warmth in winter. By reviving time-honored construction methods, the project not only minimizes environmental impact but also celebrates the region’s architectural heritage. This home stands as a testament to the synergy between tradition and innovation, creating a resilient and harmonious living space.
Vista Haven
Location - Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh

Status - Under Construction
The Vista Haven is designed to embrace its unique three-sided visibility, maximizing both the views from within and the visual presence of the house from all angles. Responding to the narrow width of the site, the design employs carefully crafted angles that soften sharp perspectives, creating a sense of width and balance.
The Khapra Ghar

The Khapra Ghar, named after its traditional roofing system, is a thoughtfully designed home that blends modern engineering with vernacular wisdom. This sustainable residence for a joint family of 11 integrates a composite construction approach, combining RCC structure with earth-based techniques to achieve durability, thermal comfort, and environmental harmony. The Khapra Ghar exemplifies how innovation and heritage can come together to create a resilient and comfortable living space for generations to come.
Peekaboo Residence
Location - Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh

The Peekaboo Residence is designed to maximize visibility and openness despite its limited frontage and access from the main road. Thoughtfully planned spatial arrangements and strategic openings create seamless visual connections, ensuring a sense of expansiveness within a compact footprint.This residence is a testament to innovative design solutions that transform constraints into opportunities for a bright, airy, and connected living experience.
Modern Heritage Home
Location - Madhubani Bihar
Built up - 1350 sq. ft.
Status - Conservation Stage
The Modern Heritage Home preserves the timeless essence of a 50-year-old heritage structure while seamlessly integrating contemporary living spaces within. Retaining the original exterior walls, the design honors the architectural legacy of the past while reimagining the interiors to meet the evolving needs and aspirations of its residents. Thoughtfully planned spaces blend traditional charm with modern functionality, ensuring comfort, efficiency, and a deep connection to history.This home stands as a testament to adaptive reuse, where heritage and modernity coexist in perfect balance.
The Gamak Ghar
Location - Madhubani, Bihar
Built up - 1650 sq. ft.
Status - Under Construction
This residence in the village of Sarisab Pahi, Madhubani, has 60% open space for community gathering and hosting festivals while providing a safe and comfortable home for the family of five. Allowing the prevalent E-W winds through the building, and a open terrace for winter sun.
Nipun Stall
Location - Patna, Bihar
Built up - 400 sq. ft.
Status - Completed
The Nipun Stall was a temporary installation for Bihar Diwas 2025, designed to showcase an interactive sample classroom and engaging activity spaces for children. Thoughtfully crafted to foster curiosity and learning, the installation provided a dynamic environment where students could experience hands-on educational activities. The design emphasized openness, natural light, and flexibility, creating an inviting space that encouraged exploration and creativity. As a celebration of innovation in education, the Nipun Stall served as both an exhibition and an immersive experience, highlighting the potential of well-designed learning environments in shaping young minds.
